This Woodskil 8-inch drill press is a real lifesaver in my workshop. Don’t let its size fool you – it packs a punch! I breezed through drilling forty-five 11/16th inch holes in spruce, and the drill went through each piece like butter. Even after all those holes, it never seemed to bog down. Plus, the solid metal construction gives it a reassuringly sturdy feel.

The only tiny thing I would change is the drill table adjustment. It uses a manual system instead of a knob, which would have been a bit easier. But that’s a minor nitpick for such a powerful little machine. Overall, I’m super impressed with this Woodskil drill press! Read more…
